Ladies and Gentlemen,
Character is revealed in a Crisis – clear words from Helmut Schmidt, ones which in these challenging times can only be endorsed. Although there may well be plenty of experts and non-experts alike who are seeking to take advantage of this crisis, the worst our country has faced since the war, to spread their irresponsible theories and horror scenarios – on the other hand we can only take real encouragement from the exemplary support for one another and solidarity with each other which is overwhelmingly evident in society at this time.
With sense and purpose, guidance and resources and with good new ideas we may together emerge from this crisis – as bad as it is – with the development of new opportunities for our successful future.
It is in this spirit that we at Hügin Group International have therefore made the most of the last few weeks to adapt our concept to these future requirements.
Today we open the “Virtual Training and Continuing Education Centre” with our main studio in Kassel and branch studios in Dormagen and Paderborn. This means that we are now in a position to provide training for 200 persons on a digital basis simultaneously worldwide. A staff of experts from the fields of fire protection, the fire service, civil protection and disaster protection and the police and safety and crisis management services are available to you as lecturers. After all: The future starts now!

Hügin Group International was founded in 1997 first named: Hügin Fire Protection Technology. Since then, we have evolved and changed. Value added from the field of research. Special customer requests have prompted us to restructure and develop our service areas.

HGI operates nationally and internationally and is currently represented at two locations in Germany. In addition to our involvement in social projects, we have made it our mission to present Kassel as a location for innovative ideas and current developments in research. For this we have launched the first Future Forum for Fire Protection and Safety Technology in 2019 at the Kongress Palais, Kassel.
